Kuih kapit is one of the special delicacies that Chinese will normally want to have it to be on hand during Chinese New Year. So, yea... we made our very own kuih kapit. Hehe ^ ^

The ingredients are quite simple actually but i can't seem to remember. All i know is that, we need 47 eggs to make the kuih kapit.

I woke up at 5 something in the morning, to help up my mum and Lay Nee's mum. However, i can't seem to do much as i don't know anything. So, i was wondering here and there. Lay Nee didn't come *so disappointed* when her mum told me. At least she did come the next day (which is today)to help up. Hehe, sounds better a bit. Wakakaka!!!

At the first day, we began at 7.30am till 2.30pm. The second day, we began at 8.05am till 3pm. Everything went quite smoothly through these two days. God really bless us with a fine weather. The wind is so cool that you can hardly imagine to get one in Malaysia. Haha

Lay Nee and i helped up by folding the hot kuih kapit and also, the arrangements. We have to fold it fast while it is still hot, else, it will be wasting. The most difficult part is the fire controlling part. If it is too hot, oh well, you will get your dark coco kuih kapit. If it is too cold, you have to wait for a longer time to finish your kuih kapit.

We had fun though ^ ^ I can see that Lian Juan aunt enjoys herself very much, so do my mum. I enjoy it, but, i am having a backache now. This is bad T-T

Anyhow, at least i get to help up since i am so free. I need some work to do, to fulfill my empty life.

I am so happy that tomorrow, i will be going to KL, yey ^ - ^V Not much to do there, at least i am out from home. Hehe

Looks easy right? Not easy actually, hence, one Milo tin kuih kapit is sold at the price of RM20. But, it is not hard at all, else, how can these kuih kapit(s) appear?

Where there's a will, there is a way. Remember that... haha^-^V
