Fried Tomyam Ki-Cheese

The day before yesterday, my friend, Lay Nee and i were in good mood. So, we decided to cook together. It's been a long time we have not been cooking together since we moved out from Ridzuan. I really do miss my old days there *seriously* I really do have good and sweet memories back in Ridzuan and also in year 2007. I love this year so much, haha.

Well, what did we cook that day, the day before yesterday. FRIED TOMYAM KI-CHEESE

Wow!!! A unique name it is. Do you wonder why we gave that dish this name? It is somehow related to the ingredients used.

Here are the ingredients: Noodles, sesame oil, eggs, cheese, vegetables, tofu, tomyam paste and kichi.

First of all, we had the noodles cooked. Then, we put in some tomyam paste, add in the tofu and vegetables. Next, we added the noodles, stirred and fried well. Later on, we put in the eggs. Lastly, we decided to pour in the kichi and put in a slice of cheese, creating the new recipe. So we did, as it is nice to be eaten, can't get to try sure unique taste in any other places. So, you can say that both of us are the founder of the friend tomyam ki-cheese. Haha

Next day, we decided to make ourselves green tea sweet soup, however, i was so sick till Lay Nee had to do all the stuffs by herself, *so sorry* In the end, it wasn't that good to be eaten, so, i don't think i want to tell about the ingredients, haha.

Hope both of us can cook together again, try out as much recipe as possible before both of us go apart. *This is sad*

Well, guess i have to and need to appreciate the time that i spend every moment now.

All the best!!!

Lay Nee's and mine, YUM!
